ROLE :
The role holder will be responsible for: planning and managing the academy, driving growth and brand building.
To drive the vision of the Academy through strategic planning, operational management and good leadership of people.

To provide leadership to all areas of the Academy so that it is able to deliver well rounded growth across all categoriesof the courses.

To deliver a clear vision and supporting strategy for the Academy.
To deliver all activity within the agreed budget set by the Board. To cascade budgets to individual department headsand provide regular management reporting.
To identify and manage change effectively through effective communication and a process of continuousimprovement.
Planning and Implementation of the Academy expansion plans to different regions in India.
Ensuring Revenue targets are planned and achievedTeam Management - Operations, Trainers, Sales Catalyst teamEnsuring smooth operationsRequirementsQualifications and Education Requirements
Should have at least 5-8 years of relevant experience into managing and expanding Academies.
Should at least be a University Graduate (minimum education), with a Degree or Diploma or equivalent in anyfield/stream. Those with relevant education (degree/post-degree/professional/additional certification courses) shall be preferred.
Post-graduates with a Business Management degree/course (MBA/PGDM/PGDBM/PGDBA and alike) shall be preferred but notcompulsory.
Threshold Qualifications and Competencies
Clear and effective communicator able to articulate the benefits of our model and vision.
Builds trust and confidence by utilizing effective collaboration and coordination skills and competencies.
Strong background analyzing the competition and adapting strategies and tactics in the marketplace.
Great Presentation Skills - with Corporate/Business Etiquettes, and knows how to carry and conduct themselves verywell.
Experience in managing , expanding and growing businesses in the wellness , salon ,spa Academies.
Should be enthusiastic enough to take up entrepreneurship challenges.
Experience in managing Microsoft suite - Presentations, Excel, Outlook and more
