MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To review and undergo all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities pertaining to specialized services, such as coating/plating and peening by considering, the highest standards in accordance with flydubai and regulatory requirements, and within the prescribed operational limitations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carries out all tasks relevant to coating, plating, and peening of aircraft components.
- Maintains documentation of specialized services carried out on aircraft and associated component(s).
- Ensures that all certification tasks are carried out within the limitations of the company issued approval and in accordance with flydubai and regulatory requirements.
- Reviews the requirement of additional methods required to expand the capability list pertaining to specialized services.
- Identifies the additional requirement related to tools, technical data, etc.
- Ensures that all control checks pertaining to specialized services are carried out in a timely manner.
- Assists in carrying out gap analysis of the existing procedure and process to identify and overcome any shortfalls.
- Assists in periodic workshop audits and in developing procedures and instructions.
- Maintains the serviceability of all tools and equipment relevant specialized services shop.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Minimum Education Level
- Associate degree (2 years)
- Diploma (In mechanical, electrical, electronic, instrumentation or chemical engineering), Aeronautical engineering degree or recognized apprenticeship in aircraft maintenance engineering.
- Holding authorization for Plating/Anodizing tasks.
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
- Fluent in English
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
