We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the operations, leasing, and management of Marinascape Mall.

The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the mall, coordinating leasing activities, and maintaining excellent relationships with tenants and service providers.

**Responsibilities:
- **
Leasing Coordination:
  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
  • Identify potential tenants and negotiate lease agreements.
  • Manage the leasing process, including tenant screening, lease agreement preparation, and movein/moveout procedures.
  • Handle lease renewals and ensure timely rental collection and arrears management.

Marketing Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events to drive foot traffic and increase tenant sales.
  • Coordinate with tenants to ensure their participation in mallwide marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide regular updates to management.

Property Maintenance and Snagging:

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the mall's common areas, facilities, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors to address any snagging issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance concerns proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.

Operational Management:

  • Manage daytoday mall operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
  • Address tenant concerns and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with service providers, such as security, cleaning, and maintenance companies, to ensure highquality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline mall operations.

Vendor and Service Provider Management:

  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and invoice processing.
  • Ensure that all vendors and service providers adhere to mall policies and procedures.
  • Regularly review and assess vendor performance to ensure costeffectiveness and quality of service.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on mall performance, including leasing, operations, and marketing metrics.
  • Communicate regularly with mall management, tenants, and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for improvements and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a retail mall setting.
  • Strong understanding of leasing principles, tenant management, and mall operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.

Job Types:

Pay:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
