Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Growth Business Developer to expand our market presence and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue in the clean-tech or sustainability industry.

This role is suited for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement a clear and structured framework for business development to achieve company goalsIdentify and evaluate new business opportunities locally in line with the company's strategic directionBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders and potential customersFollow the leads generated by all team members, extend offers, find interest areasManage relationships with clients and ensure successful collaborationConduct market research and analysis to understand trends and opportunities within the MENA and Global regions and to identify new target markets and opportunities.

Collaborate across teams within the organizationNegotiate and close business deals, managing all aspects from initiation to completionRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functionsWork closely with the product and management team to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectationsPrepare and present regular reports on business development progress and results to senior managementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of verifiable track record experience in business development, sales, or a related area, preferably within sustainability or clean-tech industries.

Strong understanding of the carbon accounting and sustainability landscape is a plusStrong understanding of market dynamics and business strategiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to develop and maintain professional relationshipsStrategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skillsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events locally and within the region.
