We a reputed company in Abu Dhabi looking for a female secretary for our chairman (Female)

Nationality :
Any Nationality except Philippines

Age Limit : 25 -35

Job Descriptions

  • Answering direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Provide general support to visitors.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Secretary in managerial level.
  • Good looking and presentable,
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, MS outlook, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
