- Customer Facing - Front-end Developer - TenTwenty
TenTwenty is looking for a passionate and talented frontend developer to join our enthusiastic team. Along with your team heads your primary focus will be to respond to our existing customer enquiries and help solve their digital challenges. You will be responsible for turning a customers challenge into a smart frontend solution. The perfect position for combining both passion for development and a customerfacing job.
We are looking for someone whos fluent in English HTML & .JS. Either onsite or remote working are possible for this position.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
- Act as the initial point of contact for all the enhancements requests & bug fixes from clients.
- Assure that all the changes are checked with the team head before sharing with the client.
- Preparation of CMS Video for projects.
- Carrying out testing on our websites and providing the report to the team head.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient understanding of HTML5 ES6 and up and PHP
- CSS SCSS and CSS3
- Be passionate about usability user experience beauty and elegance of UIs
- Eager to learn discuss and share knowledge with the rest of the teams
- Very good knowledge of responsive design
- Overall perfect knowledge when it comes to CMS and integration (would be nice to have experience with Concrete5)
- Basic knowledge of image authoring tools to be able to crop resize or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop is a plus.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git / Mercurial / SVN
