Responsibilities:

  1. Engage Candidates: Spend the majority of your time making phone calls to candidates sourced by our recruitment team. Utilize your exceptional communication skills to attract candidates to our open positions.
  2. Create Compelling Call Scripts: Develop engaging call scripts and talking points that highlight the unique benefits of each role and our organization. Convert potential candidates into enthusiastic applicants.
  3. Conduct High-Volume Calls: Make volume calls daily to understand each candidate's experience, skills, and career aspirations. Assess candidate fit for our role requirements.
  4. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition: Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to refine call strategies and share insights from your conversations. Continuously improve our phone outreach efforts.
  5. Promote a Positive Team Environment: Share best practices and inspire your colleagues to excel in candidate engagement over the phone.

Qualifications:

  1. A proven track record of success in a role that requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others, with a strong preference for agency recruitment experience.
  2. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, enabling you to craft compelling messages and effortlessly build rapport with a diverse range of candidates.
  3. Active listening skills and the ability to adapt your communication style to forge genuine connections and gain a deep understanding of each candidate's unique needs and goals.
  4. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working independently while also contributing to the success of the wider talent acquisition team.
