Events Operations Manager

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE MANAGING SPORTS EVENTS

  • Liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements.
  • Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets).
  • Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event services (security, cleaning, catering, etc.)
  • Manage all preevent planning, logistics and event setup, venue management to ensure venue is event ready.
  • Issue appropriate legal agreements for events in consultation with legal department.
  • Complete and adhere to company procurement processes as required.
  • Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and within budget.
  • Manage a team of staff, give full briefings for events of all scale.
  • Organise facilities for car parking, traffic control, security, first aid, hospitality, media, etc.
  • Ensure all required permits are in place, HSE obligations are followed.
  • Share event plan and secure assistance from other departments like Engineering, Maintenance, IT, Marketing, etc.
  • Oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clear the venue efficiently.
  • Produce postevent evaluation to inform future events.

Salary:
AED30, AED34,000.00 per month
