We are partnered with a Maritime leader in this search for a Training Superintendent to be based in the middle east region.


  • Sailed as Master on OSVs and Tugs with strong towing experience.
  • Minimum 34 years prior experience in a similar role/capacity.
  • Indepth knowledge on terminal operations.


 Dual purpose COC
  • Maritime Officer (Maroff) Certification would be preferred.
  • Prior knowledge and experience on vessel simulators.
  • Ability to travel on short notice as the position will be home based with extensive international travel, with a rotation of 2 months on / 1 month off.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Someone who can work independently under mínimal supervision as the Group Crewing Manager is based in Singapore.
  • Proactive mindset and an effective team player.
  • A strong eye for detail.
