Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise facility management operations, including building maintenance, repairs, and renovations, to ensure that properties are wellmaintained and meet tenants' needs
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and work with maintenance staff to address any issues that arise
  • Assist the Property Manager in preparing and managing budgets, and monitoring expenses to ensure that properties are operating efficiently and costeffectively
  • Ensure that all leases and other legal documents are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Prepare regular reports on property operations, including occupancy rates, rent collections, and maintenance expenses, and present findings to the Property Manager
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure that services are provided as needed and that all work is completed to a high standard
  • Participate in regular meetings with the property management team to discuss operational issues, tenant concerns, and other matters as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager

Requirements:

Arabic Speaker

  • Dubai Land Department and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) knowledgeable and experienced with related laws and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supervising facility management operations and leasing in a property management firm or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, including lease negotiation, tenant relations, and building maintenance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software, such as PropSpace, Yardi or AppFolio
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required
