The job is ideal for someone who likes being on the move and having frequent face to face interactions, as it will require daily visits to properties and supervision of different cleaning teams.


Tasks & responsibilities

  • Be the quality guardian for all the company properties to meet 5star hotel premium standards, proactively and timely identifying any potential and existing issues
  • Conduct frequent property inspections (holiday homes are located in different buildings and parts of the city) to identify potential guest pain points
  • Identify areas for improvement based on guests feedback provided by Guests & Reservations Team and develop and implement corresponding initiatives
  • Provide feedback to the cleaning teams and coach on company best practices and quality standards
  • Codify all the related knowhow (such as property manuals, house rules, checklists, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency procedures)
  • Monitor and document property conditions (point out issues, create relevant photo and video documentation, etc.)
  • Manage stock supplies at safe levels (such as extra linen, towels, baby equipment)
  • When needed, roll up the sleeves and perform housekeeping and maintenance duties
  • Work on other related occasional tasks as meet and greet VIP / special assistance guests, personally address difficult late checkout cases, collect cash for offline reservations, etc.
  • Open to cover for other employees in case of holidays
  • Ensure all the apartments comply with health and safety regulations
  • As required, support team in any operations, guest related and onboarding activities

  • Leadership skills allowing to create and nurture Guest Experience & Quality Team
  • Very orderly approach and familiarity with processes, checklists, etc.
  • Extremely strong attention to detail (stepping into 5star hotel guest shoes)
  • High responsiveness and reliability
  • Strong autonomy in planning and tasks execution (excellent time management skills)
  • Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fastpaced environment
  • Ability to change activity frequently and multitask

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Experience in writing and adhering to manuals, checklists, standard operating procedures (SOPs), etc.
  • Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware (laptops, tablets, mobile devices) and software (shared folders, GSuite, Microsoft Office)
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Availability to work 6 days a week
  • Prior hospitality experience is a must, preferably in a 5star hotel
  • Accommodation in central location of Dubai is a must
  • Driving license valid in the UAE is a must
  • English is a must, proficiency in other of the widely spoken languages in the UAE is a plus
