Position Summary

Our team doesn't just focus on basic check-in and check-out tasks for guests. Our goal is to create a memorable and exceptional experience. Our Guest Experience Experts proactively provide a wide range of services to assist guests throughout their stay. They have the flexibility to move around and handle various tasks.

  • Process operational needs
  • Address guest requests
  • Complete reports
  • Share local highlights
  • Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage

No matter your role, certain factors are crucial for success, such as promoting a safe work environment, adhering to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting yourself professionally in terms of appearance and communication.

Guest Experience Experts need to be ready for an active role, including being on their feet (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and engaging in hands-on tasks such as lifting and moving objects, reaching overhead or bending down.

Executing these responsibilities effectively, along with other assigned duties, is essential for Guest Experience Experts to consistently deliver top-notch service to our guests and contribute to the success of our business.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Not required.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience needed.
