With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of Resort's success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our clients. Where you will add significant value, identifying ways to further strengthen ties between agencies and existing clientele, to continuously support in providing outstanding service to our business; ensuring quality and consistency in all that we do.

Key Duties and Responsibilities


• Engaging with customers to provide quotes and negotiate prices for transient, long stay and group requests.


•Building and maintaining a portfolio of accounts, ensuring record-keeping in our systems to enhance personalized service.


•Deepening your understanding of the market landscape, staying attuned to industry trends, and leveraging this knowledge to effectively position our offerings against competitors.


•Strategically implementing sales tactics during negotiations, while seizing every opportunity to enhance the guest experience through upselling.

•Collaborating with corporate clients and MICE agencies through proactive sales calls.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Account Director - Corporate & Groups and should have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels, who will have a reputation of being a trusted and a collaborative partner of the business. He/She must be presentable, highly dedicated and a great team player with a passion for quality service and must be willing to work flexible hours. Should be able to establish good relationships with potential clients and in depth understanding of the Travel & Tourism market. Should have a proven and successful track record of previous employment within the Sales field.

Excellent spoken and written English. An additional language will be highly regarded.
