We are looking for an enthusiastic salesperson with a passion for convincing people, excellent customer service, and an interest in the challenges of a new emerging business environment.

Prior experience working with the EdTech industry is a plus.

The job:

Your role will start with contacting potential customers (students, parents, professionals, educational institutions, and training centres). Meet them online / offline to provide a demo or stellar presentation of the EdTech programs. Take full control of the entire sales cycle, from prospect generation to closing deals.

Your responsibilities include:

  • A clear and persuasive call to action (CTA) that directs prospective students to take action.
  • Maintain a detailed database of all interactions with leads to optimise lead closing.
  • Working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating presales and postsales followup.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of students.
  • Achieving the monthly targets in a performancedriven competitive environment.
  • Monitoring selfperformance at all times while also contributing to the team's performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably IT or computer science.
  • At least two years of experience within a business development or sales role, ideally within the EdTech industry.
  • Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitches like a charm.
  • Resultdriven with experience in an extremely targetcentric job.
  • A strong networker & relationship builder with good and tactful negotiation skills.
