We are in need of a Property Manager who has an intensive experience and knowledge in Dubai real estate market, including the related laws and procedures surrounding property management and leasing.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Marketing and promotion of properties through property listings on different online platforms like Bayut, Dubbizle and Property Finder, and through referrals.
  • Preparing client proposals and conducting client presentations.
  • Must be good at acquiring clients for shortterm rentals.
  • Managing and maintaining updated property listings, handle customer queries and act as a liaison between the tenants and the landlords.
  • Handling lease negotiations and preparation of tenancy agreements for new leases and renewals/extensions.
  • Payment of DEWA bills and chiller bills on behalf of the Landlords.
  • Recognizing the need for, organizing and overseeing maintenance and renovations (liaising with approved service providers). Obtaining quotes and implementing property maintenance and repairs quickly and efficiently.
  • Achieving maximum revenue on behalf of the landlord by ensuring, in conjunction with leasing agents, that all units carry as high an occupancy rate as possible.
  • Liaising with the government authorities involved in real estate like RERA.
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with landlords.
  • Ensuring that the tenants' complaints and concerns are attended with speedily and satisfactorily.
  • Collection and monitoring of rent payments.
  • Maintaining an accurate filing system so as to incorporate property and tenancy related information.
  • Ensuring that all relevant information is recorded in an accurate and timely manner, and that all renewal dates and maintenance issues are not only regularly monitored but followed up as necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Any other duties that may arise, or as directed by your immediate managers.
  • 3+ year's property management experience in Dubai
  • In depth knowledge of the Dubai property market
  • RERA certified preferred
  • High computer literacy, including property management software/CRM experience.
  • Highly motivated and organised with excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent English, written and spoken.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
