Kings' School Nad Al Sheba is seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher, with a proven record of success, to join the dynamic and highly successful Secondary leadership in August 2024 (Possible Term 3).


  • Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in Education
  • Hold 3 years' experience in a senior/pastoral leadership role within Education
  • Have recent leadership experience across Secondary, including inspiring and motivating teams to achieve excellence, as well as holding others to account
  • Rolemodel supportive and positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
  • Be able to generate creative solutions to overcome barriers to success
  • Be able to innovate their own and others' practice to meet everincreasing expectations
  • Demonstrate the ability to facilitate outstanding learning
  • Demonstrate a thorough and indepth understanding of:
  • outstanding classroom practice
- purposeful curriculum design
- effective assessment and moderation practices

  • A verified passport copy
  • Three satisfactory references
  • Attestation of qualification certificates
  • DBS/Police checks
