Job Description - Roles - Responsibilities - Accountabilities:

  • Review and analyze the project SOW, specifications, standards including feed/design drawings, during the development of detail engineering, shop, and fabrication drawings.
  • Responsible for detail engineering activities and timely completion of engineering deliverables as per project schedule and budget allocated.
  • Review of basic engineering design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, contract requirements, during the development of support and detail drawings.
  • Provide support and updates to the Project Manager with regards to detail engineering, support drawings, shop drawings and in resolving issues during all phase of the project.
  • Interface with the various engineering disciplines and drafting team as well as project team members, and other project functions to deliver assigned scope of works.
  • Preparation and Review of various Engineering Deliverables (Shop Drawings, Support Drawings, BOM's etc.,
  • Knowledge of Welding Symbols
  • Structural and Piping).
  • Raise clarifications, deviations and propose alternate solutions in order to clear clashes and interferences in the drawings.
  • Excellent knowledge of preparing and handling BOM's generated from Structural and Piping drawings to aid for easy procurement of the materials.
  • Compile all vendor drawings for As Built drawings and As Built Dossier submission.
  • Undergo required relevant HSE Trainings.
  • Fully comply with Company and Client HSE policy and regulations.
  • Be alert for any HSE and policy violations.
  • Fully comply to Company rules and regulations.
  • Fully comply with the UAE law and regulations.

Computer Literacy:

  • AutoCAD - 2D.
  • AutoCAD Plant 3D (Exposure in handling PDMS Software Package).
  • Basic knowledge of operating/handling Navisworks or Micro Station is preferred.
  • Word, Excel, MS Office Software Packages.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Salary:
From AED1.00 per month
