Qualifications3-4 years of proven work experience in a similar Sales Manager role, focusing on ERP solutions.Qualification in Marketing or any related field.
In-depth knowledge of the ERP domain and expertise in solution selling.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in pipeline management and well-experienced in the ERP sales cycle.
Experience in successfully selling international ERP solutions.
Excellent numerical acumen and persuasive communication skills for client interactions.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
Track record of selling online to foreign customers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize critical projects.
Ability to demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Self-driven and able to execute duties, supporting company strategies with minimal supervision.
