  • Responsible for: Coordinates with project support and document control regarding
project functions.
Project documentation and administrative tasks.
Directly assist managers in daily administrative duties.
General project support.
Prepares of monthly invoice.
Maintaining of incoming and outgoing correspondence related to
projects.
Coordinates between the different departments and compiles the data to
complete tenders and submits accurately on time.
Prepares quotations, new contracts & renewal for AMC.
Submits quotations to clients.
Prepares Purchase Orders and coordinate with Suppliers.
Follows up on the PO and LPO and obtains required approval and / or
signatures.
Coordinates and follows up with Procurement and Logistics for material
delivery.
Coordinate with accounts department for the monthly process invoice
postings.
Sales Order generation and submit to finance team for invoicing.

Filing of acknowledged invoice for accounts reference.
Filing documents such as Materials Requisition, Local Purchase Order,
Delivery Notes, Quotation, incoming and outgoing documents sending by
Input material requisition and local purchase order to ensure data is up
to date and accurate by using Microsoft Excel.
Maintain healthy & safe environment at the workplace.
Follow the rules and regulation according to the company policy.5.0 Authority &

Accountable to Operation Manager for timely completion with maximum
accuracy and safe execution of all activities assigned to him.

Pay:
AED4, AED10,000.00 per month
