Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar and travel arrangements, and correspond with customers, vendors, and suppliers
- Prepare reports and invoices, and perform bookkeeping functions such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare estimates and bid packages, and process payroll
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing and answering telephones
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience in clerical and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
