  • Prepare reports and invoices, and perform bookkeeping functions such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare estimates and bid packages, and process payroll
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing and answering telephones

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in clerical and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
