Job Opportunity

We're in search of a reliable Budget Manager to develop and supervise the budget of our company. You will assess budget proposals, as well as prepare financial reports and documents.

The perfect candidate has a background in Accounting or Finance and is knowledgeable about accounting and budgeting laws. You should possess great numerical skills and the ability to analyze and present complex data. To thrive in this role, you must utilize critical thinking to produce financial predictions and make budget-related decisions.

Your main goal will be to strategize, plan, and execute the company's budget ensuring business expansion and adherence to regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create efficient budget models for company departments
  • Analyze financial data (such as revenues, expenses, and cash flow) to verify all operations stay within budget limits
  • Present annual budgets to senior management
  • Assess budget appeals for authorization
  • Anticipate future budget requirements
  • Spot differences between actual and projected financial outcomes at the end of each reporting period
  • Recommend spending enhancements that boost profits
  • Assess the company's budget to ensure compliance with legal standards
  • Ensure department heads meet budget proposal deadlines
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting protocols and practices
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience as a Budget Manager or Budget Analyst
  • Practical knowledge of accounting software and statistical tools
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (particularly advanced functions, pivot tables, and charts)
  • Understanding of forecasting techniques and data analysis
  • Strong numerical abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Familiarity with accounting regulations and best practices
  • Ability to simplify budgeting and financial data in straightforward terms
  • BSc/MSc degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field
