As an IBM BPM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the seamless operation and enhancement of the BPM/BAW environments.


Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct upgrade activities for BPM/BAW/CP4BA, ensuring smooth transitions.
Execute environment cleanup activities and focus on performance tuning.
Possess experience in Cloud Pack of Automation installation and configuration.
Serve as an expert in IBM BPM/BAW and CP4BA Administration.
Troubleshoot issues related to BPM to BAW migration, ensuring seamless functionality.
Follow best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards and practices.
Ensure the quality of technical and application architecture and design systems across the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM BPM/BAW AdministrationExpertise in troubleshooting BPM/BAW/CP4BA and ODM issuesExperience in upgrade activities, environment cleanup, and performance tuningProficiency in Cloud Pack of Automation installation and configurationExpertise in WebSphere Application Server and BPM to BAW issue troubleshootingKnowledge of AIX and Linux OS commands, Oracle, and Postgres databasesPrevious experience in Banking, Financial, or Fintech sectors preferredFamiliarity with best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standardsExperience with Agile methodologyStrong commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvementHave excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
