Our client is looking for a Growth and SMSpecialistto join their team The candidate will have a strong background in design for both static and animated work in web3 and crypto, have exceptional communication & design skills, and a demonstrated ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.

This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful visuals that exemplify our aspirations towards quality and branding.

As the Growth Hacking and Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive growth hacking and social media strategies to increase community size and engagement and ultimately boost IDO participation.

Your primary role is to develop and execute growth marketing initiatives to expand our community base and drive participation and positive sentiment.

Must be extremely results-orientated.

The platform utilizes smart contracts leveraging blockchain technology to facilitate secure and transparent transactions between parties, eliminating the need for intermediaries.

Smart Agreements:

the possibility to create and execute smart agreements, which are self-executing contracts with the terms of the agreement directly written into code.

This helps automate and streamline various business processes.2.

Reputation Scoring:
incorporation of a reputation scoring system to assess the reliability and trustworthiness of users within the ecosystem. This helps in building trust between parties engaging in transactions.3.

Dispute Resolution:
In case of disputes, our client provides mechanisms for decentralized arbitration and resolution, reducing the reliance on traditional legal systems and intermediaries

4 Token Economy:
The platform operates on its native cryptocurrency token, known as PAID. This token is used for various purposes within the ecosystem, including payments for services, staking, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth hacking and social media marketing strategies to rapidly and exponentially grow our community across X.

com, Telegram, Linkedin and Tiktok and also to increase our registered accounts in our database

Create engaging and compelling content tailored to each platform to increase follower engagement, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads.

Hands-on management of Zealy, Galxe, QuestN, Gleam, Intrack and TaskOn etc campaigns.

Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics using tools like Social media analytics, Google Analytics, and others to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimise strategies accordingly.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate innovative ideas into our strategy.

Collaborate cross-functionally with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment of messaging across all channels.

Plan and execute targeted paid social media advertising campaigns to reach global web3 audience bases and drive conversions.

Implement growth marketing tactics such as email marketing, referral programs, collaboration initiatives, and A/B testing to increase community acquisition and retention.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Extremely well proven experience in exponential global growth hacking and social media management, within crypto and web3.
Profound understanding of all growth hacking tools, social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Experience with data analysis and using analytics tools to track campaign performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
