If you are as excited as we are about connecting hearts and showing your guest passion, join us as the next Heartist and help us to make Sofitel Dubai the Obelisk a truly welcoming destination Job Description Prepare all administration documents required by the Hotel Sales TeamAttend to Telephone, Fax, email inquiries in a timely mannerCoordinate all Fam Trips and Site Inspections as requiredAttend Monthly Sales MeetingsAttend to all Sales Department mail and maintain a correspondence databaseAssist with direct mail campaignsStatistical collation on behalf of state (weekly)Maintain Filing systems (manual and electronic)Maintenance and management of databaseAssist with promotions where requestedOrganize Trade Shows, functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by Superiors and carry out travel arrangementsAssist with compilation of annual budgets, business plan and regular action plansAssist with tender submissionsStock control of collateralCoordinate and maintain supply of corporate gifts and promotional itemsAssist with the preparation of new products and servicesWork in line with business needsIs aware of the Credit PolicyIs fully aware of Sofitel Standards Qualifications Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales positionDegree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Business AdministrationStrong knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering & Microsoft OfficeUnderstands the local culture and have worked in the regionFluency in English, written and spokenFluency in Arabic, written & spoken is an advantageMeet Adriënne, the director of sales and marketingDiversity&Inclusionfor Accor means welcoming each and everyoneandrespecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities andskills in extending employment and development opportunities.
