Responsibilities:

  • Operate scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital format.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of scanned images.
  • Organize and maintain scanned documents in an orderly manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with scanning equipment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding document handling and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Scanning Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with scanning equipment and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for scanning equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
