Academic Leadership:

  • Ensure that programs are uptodate with educational standards and industry requirements.
  • Introduce new programs and courses in response to market demands and student interests.

  • Oversee student services to provide academic advising, career counseling, and support services.
  • Address and resolve academic and behavioral issues involving students.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student success and wellbeing.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high educational standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of academic programs and staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accreditation and certification requirements.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the academic staff, administrative staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and faculty regarding academic policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support institutional goals and initiatives.

Strategic Planning:

  • Participate in strategic planning and decisionmaking processes.
  • Develop and implement longterm academic goals and objectives.
  • Manage budgets related to academic programs and admissions.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic administration or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement academic policies and procedures.
  • Experience in student admissions and enrollment management.
  • Knowledge of accreditation and quality assurance processes.
  • Familiarity with the educational programs offered (NIOS, O & A Levels, IB Coaching, etc.).
