The United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) is seeking to hire an Administrator at the Human Capital Research Center (HCRC).

The HCRC analyses the current situation, global trend and studying the future foresight of future job market and skills, that relies on scientific methods and approaches in conducting and publishing relevant studies, to determine the future competencies, capabilities and skills required.

It aims to help align future trends and labour market demands with the education outputs to guarantee better career opportunities and readiness.

The Center contributes to enhancing human capital and developing qualified national competencies to meet the labour market future demands locally, regionally and globally.


  • Carrying out center administrative duties, producing and distributing correspondence notes, letters and forms
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Preparing agenda and meeting minutes
  • Organizing incoming and outgoing and maintaining private archives
  • Filling in the necessary data and information in various transactions
Minimum Qualification

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English
  • Ability to manage and organize time effectively
  • Problem solving and experience in writing reports
  • Excellent in using computers, especially Microsoft Office Programs
  • Knowledge of the foundations and policies of transactions and administrative affairs.
Preferred Qualification

  • A Bachelor's degree in a similar filed with a minimum of three years administrative experience.
