Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their real estate needs and goals.

  • Represent sellers by marketing their properties, coordinating showings, and negotiating offers.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local real estate developments.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, from contract to closing.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering suitable property options.
  • Guide clients through the sales process, including negotiations and preparing purchase agreements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Use CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage leads and sales activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customeroriented mindset with a focus on building relationships.
  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology for lead management and sales tracking.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic sales environment.

Salary:
AED1, AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
