The Gym Membership Sales Associate is responsible for promoting and selling gym memberships to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and guests
  • Schedule appointments and classes for members and guests
  • Provide tours of the club and promote services and products
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals interested in joining the gym, providing information, guidance, and assistance throughout the membership sales process.
  • Actively engage with potential gym members and provide detailed information about membership options, benefits, facilities, and services.
  • Assist with club operations, such as inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized Receptions desk.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members, ensuring high levels of member satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct followup calls and messages to prospective members to answer questions, address concerns, and encourage membership enrollment.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, and ensure a safe and secure environment for members and guests

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2year home country or UAE Experience prefer exposure of working with Fitness club/Gym.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary:
From AED1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
