Case Manager

Responsibilities:
- Pro actively monitoring changes in various immigration regulations.
- Meeting clients with submission of documents, explanation of immigration process procedures and documentation assistance.
- Handling complaints in a proper manner and escalating issues if appropriate to the management for further investigation and reviews.
- Preparing clients visa grant request for visa stamping
- Coordinating with the lawyers for the cases of the client.
Requirements:
- High quality, error free process approach.
- Establish good and flawless reports with internal team and applicants.
- Ability to understand and create process tools.
- Perfect in record keeping accordingly.
- Ability to communicate with ICCRC and update all information accordingly.
- Excellent problemsolving and customer service skills.
- Excellent spoken English is a must, confident, energetic and result oriented.
- Thorough knowledge of immigration Visa processing for Canada, Australia, UK, Poland and etch.
- Give clear accurate information based in the current immigration and visa laws and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Pay:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
