• Responsible for report development and other custom level set ups in Yardi based on user requirements.


• Provide technical and functional support to business for Yardi Voyager.


• Responsible for resolving all Yardi issues directly or through Yardi support.


• Will be responsible to track and update the assigned IT helpdesk tickets raised as per the stipulated SLA.


• Providing support and maintenance services for Yardi workflows and processes.


• Assist/Train personals to resolve problems with existing Yardi workflows and processes.


• Create/Import ETLs and train business in creating and import the ETLs.


• Configure & Customize the necessary modules/ process.


• Coordinate with business users and external partners for resolution of issues.


• Deployment of code and application setups in UAT and Production environments for any internally developed Yardi modules.
