SAP CRM Consultant

SAP Skill

  • Minimum Four full lifecycle implementations of S4HANA SERVICE & SAP CRM module.
  • Perform detailed system analysis, develop functional and technical specifications.
  • Handson configuration experience in largescale project implementations.
  • Indepth knowledge of SAP CRM & S4HANA Service business processes.
  • Extensive configuration experience with SAP CRM for B2B and B2C solutions.
  • SAP CRM Master Data, Order Management experience.
  • Work closely with ABAP, Basis, and other teams in the design and implementation of SAP CRM functionality.
  • Crossfunctional team experience, excellent configuration, and technofunctional skills.
  • Knowledge of Integration of IC Web Client. With CLI& CTI will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Financial inquiries in IC Web Client will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Dispute Management in IC Web Clients will be an added advantage.
  • Should have expertise on CRM ABAP programming model.
  • Need to know base customization in CRM module.
  • Should be knowing the new integrated S4CRM module inside S4HANA box.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Requirements Capture & Analysis.
  • Contribute to Functional Skill/ Technical Skill & Business Process Definitions.
  • Manage Author Test Plans.
  • Manage Test Automation.
  • Oversee System Installation/ Configuration.
  • Handle System Tuning & Transport Management.
  • Manage Security & Authorization.
  • Oversee System Upgrade, Integration, Ticket Handling.
  • Oversee Incident Management & Data Migration.
  • Stay abreast of industry standards & Domain updates.

  • Main: within the team & LC/PM, PM/ SDM, SM.

Business Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Understanding of business processes for focus area or module.
  • Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills.
