IT Support Assistant

The IT Support Assistant will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring software and hardware, and providing training and guidance to end-users.
This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, network, and peripherals.
- Document and maintain records of technical issues and resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higherlevel support teams or vendors as needed.
- Assist with IT infrastructure maintenance tasks, such as server updates and network troubleshooting.
- Stay uptodate on the latest technologies and industry trends to provide informed support to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience working in an IT support or helpdesk role is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of software, hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customerfocused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
