BRP Technician

Location – Mumbai (CST), Maharashtra IndiaPosition is with a Marine Company having business with various Government Organizations / Departments in India.

Qualification –A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in a technical role, with demonstrated expertise in technical operations and management.

Technical Expertise:
Strong technical background and experience in the maintenance and repair of relevant products and services

Leadership Skills:
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a technical team

Problem-Solving Abilities:
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address technical challenges and optimize operations

Collaborative Approach:
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments to achieve technical and operational goals

Responsibilities:
Oversee and perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BRP products.
Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all products and services meet the company's standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of work performed to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to provide technical support and advice to clients.
Coordinate with suppliers to source high-quality parts and materials.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed and Job Cards for the technician.
Prepare requisite reports on key metrics to senior management as required in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest BRP technologies, products, and service techniques.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
