BRP Technician

Location – Mumbai (CST), Maharashtra India

Position is with a Marine Company having business with various Government Organizations / Departments in India.

Qualification –

A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in a technical role, with demonstrated expertise in technical operations and management.

Technical Expertise: Strong technical background and experience in the maintenance and repair of relevant products and services.

Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a technical team.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address technical challenges and optimize operations.

Collaborative Approach: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments to achieve technical and operational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BRP products.
• Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all products and services meet the company's standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of work performed to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to provide technical support and advice to clients.
• Coordinate with suppliers to source high-quality parts and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed and Job Cards for the technician.
• Prepare requisite reports on key metrics to senior management as required in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BRP technologies, products, and service techniques.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
