The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating automotive services for premium car owners at Al Zaabi Group.

This position requires expertise in premium car brands and excellent communication skills.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the service process, providing accurate information to customers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.

Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their concerns, and gather detailed information about their vehicle's issues or service requirements.


Service Recommendations:

Based on customer concerns and vehicle inspections, provide expert advice and recommendations regarding necessary repairs, maintenance, and additional services required for premium car brands.


Cost Estimation and Explanation:
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including parts, labor, taxes, and other charges. Clearly explain the breakdown of expenses to customers, ensuring transparency and addressing any queries.

Service Scheduling and Coordination:
Collaborate with the service team to schedule appointments, allocate resources, and coordinate service tasks efficiently. Ensure timely completion of repairs or maintenance, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and customer commitments.

Progress Updates and Communication:
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle throughout the service process. Provide regular updates on repairs, additional findings, estimated completion time, and any changes to the original service plan.

Upselling and Customer Education:

Identify and recommend additional services, accessories, or upgrades that could enhance the performance, safety, or overall experience of premium cars.

Educate customers about the benefits and advantages of these options.

Warranty and Insurance Claims:

Facilitate the processing of warranty and insurance claims, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submission, and effective communication with relevant parties.

Follow up on claim approvals and disbursements.

Invoicing and Payment Processing:
Prepare detailed invoices, explain charges to customers, and assist in processing payments accurately and efficiently. Provide receipts and maintain records of financial transactions.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build strong and lasting relationships with customers by delivering personalized service, addressing their concerns promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction with the service experience.


Technical Knowledge Enhancement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements, service procedures, and product knowledge related to premium car brands. Attend training programs and workshops to continuously enhance your skills and expertise.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, with a focus on
    premium car brands.

- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.

  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of premium car models, features, maintenance requirements, and service procedures.
  • Fluent in Hindi preferred, to effectively communicate with customers who prefer this language.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer requests and service appointments.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing cost estimates, invoices, and other servicerelated documentation.
  • Proficient in using automotive service software, databases, and tools for service scheduling, parts ordering, and warranty claim processing.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with service technicians, parts department, and other stakeholders.
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and make service recommendations.
  • Flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer demands.
