Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
- Assist clients with technical issues and troubleshoot problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to clients in using our products and services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed
