We are looking to hire Self Motivated, Highly Ambitious, young and energetic Client Investment Executive in a reputed Real Estate Company.


Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Maintaining and updating database with customer information.
  • Always strive towards meeting sales quota.
  • Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales and leasing process.
  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
  • Stay up to date with the real estate market conditions, new developments, Central bank regulations around mortgages, educate clients about market trends and the home buying process.

Required Skills:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and excellent customer service skills.
  • Must possess good knowledge of Real Estate Market.
  • Experience of meeting sales targets, and working under competitive work culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfdriven individuals with a positive attitude.
  • Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a team.
