Position Overview:
Skill Farm Members are invited to consider the following opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recognize and pursue cross-selling opportunities across various departments.
2. Support Relationship Managers in attracting new assets under management, gaining insights into new products, and identifying potential investment clients.
3. Ensure that advisory and discretionary trades are accurately executed and recorded in the Advent system.
4. Continuously assess and evaluate client risk profiles.
5. Select suitable products from the available range of solutions.
6. Construct tailored investment portfolios for clients based on their risk profiles, available products, and current asset allocation models.
7. Provide regular performance reports on client investment profiles.
8. Review and adjust client risk profiles consistently, discussing proposed changes with clients and their relationship managers.
9. Collaborate with the Chief Investment Office to prepare and conduct investment account reviews.
10. Analyze positions, asset allocation, and suitability, proposing investment switches or innovative ideas.
11. Participate in the recruitment of Investment Advisors, including profile identification and interviews.

Qualifications & Skills:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a finance-related discipline.
- At least 7 years of financial experience, including 5 years in investment and over 3 years in Private Banking with an investment focus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of products and services, including associated charges/fees, legal provisions, delivery processes, equity and bond markets, unit trusts, and other personal investment services.
- Strong understanding of fundamental financial theories.
- Familiarity with procedures for Securities Dealing & Forex trades, in collaboration with Treasury dealers (within delegations).
