Job Description:

As a Content Writer/Content Marketing Executive at Talpods, your role will be pivotal in documenting and sharing the inspiring journeys of our bootcamp participants. Through compelling content, you will convey the social impact of our initiatives, engage our community, and attract potential clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that communicates the company's goals and the transformative impact of the bootcamp.
  • Write, edit, and publish engaging content across various platforms such as blogs, social media, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency and high-quality communication.
  • Perform thorough keyword research and apply SEO tactics both on-page and off-page, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or Moz to enhance content optimization and measure performance.
  • Manage and expand the companys social media presence, actively engaging with the audience and promoting company initiatives.
  • Use social media management tools like Buffer or Hootsuite to oversee multiple platforms.
  • Analyze social media metrics to refine engagement strategies and increase awareness, engagement, follower base, and other important metrics.
  • Independently create compelling content that aligns with the companys voice and objectives for various social media channels.
  • Work closely with bootcamp teams to develop content that reflects our ethos and showcases our achievements.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to create insightful, transformational articles and case studies in both English and Arabic, highlighting the innovation and impact of the bootcamp.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to establish campaign objectives, efficiently complete tasks, and creatively communicate the impact.
  • Liaise with technical team to ensure content is informative, appealing, and meets company goals.
  • Document bootcamp events and activities for promotional purposes.
  • Partner with leadership to provide creative input on content strategies and develop a comprehensive content roadmap.
  • Document the personal and professional growth stories of participants and team members, emphasizing the bootcamp's success and impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience in creating viral, high-quality content relevant to the regional market.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and market research techniques.
  • Demonstrated excellence in copywriting, proofreading, and editing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
