Overview of the role:


The Brand Experience Manager at Al Futtaim Electric Mobility Company drives impactful brand experiences across showrooms, launch events, exhibitions, mall displays, and sponsored programs for BYD and Polestar brands.


What you will do:

Planning brand experiences

  • Develop a comprehensive calendar of brand activations and sponsorships that drive brand engagement and awareness.
  • Support the organization of internal events such as staff training, teambuilding activities, and companywide celebrations.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure brand standards are upheld at every stage and location.
  • Sponsorship planning and execution to maximize brand visibility
  • Activations with regional and local partners to strengthen community ties
  • Integration of social media and PR efforts to amplify event impact
  • Organize customer and prospect events to build brand loyalty
  • Conduct regular evaluations and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance data.
Cross-team collaboration

  • Work closely with senior marketing managers to plan and execute product launches, ensuring each event meets brand standards and enhances the customer experience.
  • Ensure seamless customer experiences across all facilities by collaborating with the customer experience team.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all events align with brand standards and strategic goals.
Projects management

  • Assist in the development of brand experience budgets by providing insights into historical spending and anticipated costs.
  • Oversee the execution of all projects, ensuring they are delivered ontime, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project scopes and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ensure technical feasibility and allocate resources effectively
  • Maintain strong relationships with thirdparty vendors to ensure highquality deliverables
  • Uphold strict adherence to company procurement policies and procedures in all financial transactions.

Required Skills to be successful:

  • Events management or Automotive experience
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in brand experience management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project management experience

About the Team:

You will be reporting to GM - Marketing

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Minimum Experience: 6-8 years of experience in organizing brand events either on the agency or client side.

Job-Specific Competencies:

  • Proven experience in organizing both large and smallscale events, including product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects with a strong track record of timely deliverables.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders, ranging from senior managers to frontline associates.
  • Innovative problemsolving skills to overcome challenges and enhance brand experiences.
