Job Responsibilities:


plan and manage all daily freight related carriers and freight forwarders to achieve cost effective solutions for local and international logistics movementstrong relationships with logistics suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high service levels.freight quotations and issue purchase orders in line with approved quotations and prior to service control logistics costs, identify cost-saving opportunities and initiate strategies to reduce expenses without compromising service qualitycomparisons and analysis of freight costs between multiple forwarders.monthly Logistics reports and submit to Logistics Managernecessary documentation and records related to shipping, receiving and storage.

Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stay informed about changes in legislation affecting logistics and adjust processes accordingly.
Respond to and resolve logistics issues in a timely manner. Develop and implement practical solutions for logistics challenges, ensuring minimal impact on operations and service.
Conduct yearly suppliers' evaluation and compile related reports within the specified deadlines.

Utilize logistics IT systems to optimize procedures, track shipments, and manage data.closely with procurement and warehousing teams to optimize supply chain internal departments and external partners to ensure alignment of logistics with overall business goals.

Communicate effectively with Management and provide timely learn and adapt to new practices and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all logistics activities.

Qualifications:
