DubaiObjectiveWe are looking for a responsible Executive Assistant to perform a variety of task and duties to provide support to our CEO and Senior Leaders, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's activities and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CEO and provide comprehensive organizational, administrative and program supportservice to the CEO by proactively overseeing the Chairman's priorities/workload and completing tasks as directed by the CEO with speed, efficiency and accuracy.
  • Exhibit impeccable personal and professional standards in dealing with all stakeholders, maintain the Brand Image and standards of the CEO's Office.
  • Act at a Single point of contact for the CEO for the functional and operational support needed in his official, public, social space.
  • Manage/Engage the CEO's guests, customers and touchpoints, which are mostly High net worth individual Category and people in authority –as required by the CEO
  • Be a part of the CEO's external and internal meetings providing administrative and operational support as required.
  • Be on top of current affairs, industry news and areas of interests to the CEO
  • Support with analytics or in the making of presentations.
  • Co-ordinate and organize of the CEO's priority initiatives.
Candidate Specification

  • This is a dynamic high energy, multi-tasking Individual Contributor role
  • At least 3-5 plus years of experience –hospitality/ operations exp will be added advantage.
  • The role holder should have a flair of thriving in ambiguity and making the most of it by constant adaptation and going with the flow attitude.
  • The role holder needs to have exceptional ability to deal with and deliver on challenges and firefighting situations on a daily basis.
  • Should have handled high net worth individuals /demanding / difficult clients and stakeholders.
  • Should be clued into current affairs and have the ability to strike conversations.
  • Pleasant disposition and good communication / articulation skills
  • Ability to manage long and staggered work hours (depending on work exigencies)
  • Should be used to work under pressure or challenging situations.
  • Exhibit EQ (self-awareness and self-management skills), critical thinking, resilience & fast response time
  • Should be excellent in multitasking.
  • Very sharp and non-judgmental understanding of people
  • Passion for execution /Service / Guest Relations orientationSkills needed.
  • Well, Educated – MBA in any field or high degree qualifications.
