  • Verifypatients' identities and medical histories to confirmappropriateness of the procedure.

  • Monitorpatients for any adverse reactions during or after the imagingprocedure, taking appropriate action asneeded.
  • Image Processing andAnalysis:
  • Process and analyze imaging studiesto ensure technical quality and diagnosticaccuracy.
  • Review images for clarity, properpositioning, and pathology, consulting with radiologists or otherhealthcare providers as needed.
  • Documentimaging findings accurately in the patient's medicalrecord, including any observations orabnormalities.
  • Equipment Maintenance andQuality Control:
  • Perform routine maintenanceand calibration of imaging equipment to ensure proper functioningand image quality.
  • Identify and troubleshootequipment malfunctions, following established protocols formaintenance and repair.
  • Participate in qualityassurance activities, such as image quality assessment andperformance monitoring, to uphold standards of excellence indiagnostic imaging.
  • Collaboration andCommunication:
  • Collaborate with radiologists,physicians, and other healthcare professionals to interpret imagingstudies and contribute to patient caredecisions.
  • Communicate effectively withpatients, explaining procedures, addressing questions or concerns,and providing instructions for follow-upcare.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary teamto coordinate patient care and ensure seamless delivery ofservices.
