Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in the onboarding process, preparing new hire documents and facilitating orientation programs.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing HR-related reports.

Support HR team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and company events.

Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information.

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as attendance and leave records.

Requirements:

Valid UAE residence visa (sponsorship or spouse visa).

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mentality.
