  • Gathers information anddocument assumptions based on historical data, businessintelligence gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailers,and other sources.
  • Produces unconstrained basedemand plan utilizing APO statistical modelling in collaborationwith central demand planning team.
  • Maintainsand validates assumptions of activities calendar and eventsforecasting building blocks.
  • Facilitates partsof the S&OP process to gain consensus and alignment withall stakeholders involved in the process to arrive at one unbiasedaligned number, practicing the IBPconcepts.
  • While managing a group of brands,maintains the lead in supporting the ME S&OP process byensuring that local market insights are fed back to the Dubai headoffice throw a two stage process.

Risk Management and InventoryHealth:

  • Works with theME team to identify, manage and communicate supply criticalities toall stakeholders outside the 3month horizon. Collaborates with theregional supply planners to assign the right priority and actionplan to minimize such supply risks.
  • Co-ownswith RSP inventory DOS and stock cover for his/her assignedproducts category / inventorylocation.
  • Performs SLOB risk analysis andinitiate action plans with marketing/commercial team to keep SLOBprovisions at minimum level.
  • Supervise planningof Co-pack activities and work closely with hub operations team toexecute these plans.
