Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Support employee relations activities, including handling employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee events, training programs, and other HR initiatives.
  • Prepare and distribute HRrelated communications and materials to employees.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
