  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of electrical items to verify quality, quantity, and adherence to purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, damaged goods, or any other issues related to incoming materials.
  • Storage and Organization: Organize and arrange the electric item store to optimize space utilization and ensure easy accessibility.
  • Implement appropriate storage methods to prevent damage, loss, or theft of electrical items.
  • Conduct regular inspections of stored items to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns.

Issue and Distribution: Issue electrical items to production teams based on authorized requests and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

  • Maintain a tracking system for the movement of items within the manufacturing facility.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to facilitate the timely distribution of electrical items to production lines.

Record Keeping and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.

  • Generate regular reports on stock levels, consumption rates, and any significant inventory discrepancies.
  • Provide periodic updates to management regarding inventory status and potential issues that may impact production.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electric and Mechanical Item storekeeper or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of electrical components, tools, and equipment commonly used in manufacturing processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient handling of inventory and prioritization of tasks.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and software for tracking stock movements and generating reports.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and conducting stock audits.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with suppliers, production teams, and other departments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
  • Physical stamina to handle and lift heavy items when required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional certification in inventory management is a plus.

Salary:
AED2, AED4,500.00 per month
