Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to join our team at Pullman. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for the management of engineering and facilities services, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engineering Administration
    • Coordinate purchasing and inventory management for the engineering department
    • Manage spare parts and ensure efficient storage and handling
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
    • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Preventive Maintenance and Repair
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Coordination and Communication
    • Collaborate with corporate engineering teams and external contractors as needed
    • Communicate effectively with hotel staff and management to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
