The secretary is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, consumers, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support customer services, information and referral and the operation and presentation of a professional office.
Provide information regarding activities conducted at the establishment; location of departments, offices, and employees within organization. Secretary reports to Branch Manager.Assist the Compliance Officer identifies functions and business practices requiring compliance activities and assist the compliance officer. He designs, develops, implements, and evaluates the compliance program and monitors its implementation.
also assist with the coordination of compliance audits and examinations, coordination of scheduled internal reviews; review and update compliance policies and procedures.
Pay:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
